  • Your Opinion Counts (We’re Not Just Saying That)

    As you may have noticed, Spotobe has added a feedback tab to every page on the site (except for the blog. If you need to leave feedback here, that's what the comment section is for). If you hadn't noticed, head to another section of the site and look left. We are constantly trying to make the site a better resource for all Central Pennsylvanians, and we honestly want your input. If there is a feature that you think would be helpful or a tweak that you would like to see made, please take the time to let us know.

  • Coming At You From All Angles

    Remember what life was like before Social Networking? Yeah, me neither. Actually I’m writing this post to let you all know that effective immediately, I will be resigning from Spotobe to concentrate on my social networking full time. Well, no, actually I won’t, but still, sometimes it feels like keeping up with Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, Plurk, LinkedIn, Flickr and whatever is going to be coming out tomorrow takes an unhealthy amount of time.

    That’s beside the point though. As you may know, Spotobe is already on Twitter and has been posting photos on Flickr for a while. Now we’ve added Facebook and MySpace pages, both of which could be a resource to the Spotobe community. Please check us out on both and become our fan or friend, respectively.   Full Article »

  • Spotobe is Twittering (I Think…)

    I’m never really sure whether I’m Twittering or Tweeting and I’m kind of concerned about the past-tense implications of whichever the correct word is (the English major in me knows that the conjugation would make it either twittered or tweeted but… still). These issues aside, Spotobe is now on Twitter. I have to admit that even after everyone in the office starting using Twitter and giggling about little inside jokes that I was clueless on, I resisted getting sucked in. It’s somewhat frightening that I’m 24 and I already occasionally feel like I don’t “get” new technology.   Full Article »
